10 Amazing Years

February 28th was a momentous day for me. 10 years ago, it was my first day at First Glimpse by myself.

I would be lying if I didn’t say I was terrified. I had minimal training & the transition period was terrifying. I was 25 years old, I had a 4 month old baby & I had not been able to work the last 3 months of my pregnancy. So here I was a young, inexperienced, new mom with all the hope, fear & joy one could have. I know for the first year I would sweat through my clothes daily in fear I wasn’t making the customer happy enough. I was TERRIFIED day after day that someone would think I didn’t go above and beyond what they expected. I think thats the middle child in me- always wanting to make everyone happy all the time.

10 years later though, I have survived, barely some days, and I feel as though we have grown & flourished. It has been an amazing ride. I have seen so many adorable babies. I have met so many wonderful people & I have learned so many new things.

I am soooo very grateful to each and every customer who has put this trust in me over the years. I could not have done any of this without the kind words, reviews, post sharing, word of mouth & so many other things that my amazing customers have done for me.

From the bottom of my heart thank you for 10 amazing years! Here’s to a hopeful 10 more!
