Covid Policy Update

**Update 6/10/2020: Now allowing up to THREE guests per appointments. **

Due to COVID-19 we are doing our best to adapt to the times. We understand the policies are hard because you want to bring friends & family. I’m sorry but if we are going to continue to stay open we need to be as safe as possible for our mothers to be & our staff. Thank you for understanding. Read below 👇🏼👇🏼

1. THREE guests per visit. Whether it is an infant, child, adult etc. Three people. 
<We do have the right to ask your child to leave if they misbehave in the store aka run around touching everything & spreading possible germs. Please try to be considerate of others during these times.>

2. Mother & 3 guests must be wearing masks that THEY provide. 

3. All paperwork will digitally be emailed to the customer when they make their appointment over the phone. If you book online you will do your paperwork upon booking but please log in the day of your appointment and update it.
****IF YOU BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT ONLINE: You MUST receive a confirmation email or it did NOT go through. Even if you filled out all the paperwork & added your card on file if you did NOT receive a confirmation email your appointment did not go through. Please, please make sure of this.****

4. Once you arrive for your appointment, 10 minutes early to fill out the paperwork you received in an email & have finished all paperwork (2 or 3 forms) please call the store & leave a voicemail letting us know you’ve arrived. (There is NO need to call multiple times until we answer; we will call you back once it’s your time.)

5. The store is open to shop but we are limiting it to 4 people max so we do not go over the 10 people limit.
