First Glimpse Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:

• Please cancel or reschedule your appointment 48 hours before your current appointment time.

• If you are more than 5 minutes late, your appointment will be rescheduled automatically, & there will be a $25 charge.

• Please inform your entire group to be on time.We cannot wait for other people in your group if someone is late. It will eat into your scan.

• The quality of the ultrasound is dependent on many factors such as: the position the baby is in or will move to, movement of the baby during the scan, body habitus of the mother, placental location and amount of amniotic fluid present during your scan. We always request that Mother’s drink extra fluids 1-2 weeks prior to their scan & also come with a full bladder for Gender Ultrasounds. The better your fluid levels are the better your chances of getting that beautiful picture you are hoping for.
